Stipulated 2 week finishing line for licence of Mumbai bar dancers by Supreme Court
Mumbai : The supreme court is distressed by the Maharashtra Govt’s refusal of it’s order & specified 2 weeks time limit for the state to permit licence for Mumbai bar dancers .The decision was announced by judiciary chief by Justice Dipak Misra when the state govt instructed by advisers for the Indian Hotel & Restaurants Association (IHRA) to not taking initiative on their appeal put in by several restaurants & hotels for getting licence .

Although ,the apex court had postponed a controversial state law that prohibited bar dancers & departing a number of women troupers jobless , on 15thoct .
Moreover,75,000 women were engaged in Maharashtra’s 25,00 dance bars which were also source of income for 15 lakhs other professionals inclusive of cooks & waiters .An authoritative decision shall go on in oppression till the court gives it last decision or IHRA petition demanding the state govt’s 2013 law which formulates the bar dancers illegal with confinement of up to 3 yrs& a fine up tirs 3 lakh .
Repeatedly,the Maharashtra govt ,under control of both BJP&Congress,has pleaded to “protect the dignity”of women & guard them against prostitution .The dancers, although,stated that the banning would pressed them into street walking as their only source of income would be grabbed away .
For the time being ,VinodPatil, head of RR Patil foundation has been empowered to get involved in the stuff
