New Delhi,25 December: Following the Delhi Government concept of odd-even cars, Noida authority issued directions to devise a plan to decongest the city roads and maintain smooth flow of traffic. Gautam Budh Nagar district administration issued the opening and closing reshuffle times and weekly off of stakeholders, schools and markets in different zones in the twin cities Noida -Greater Noida. District Magistrate N. P Singh represented a blue print of the action plan made for timing reshuffling before media. Explaining about the plan, District magistrate NP Singh said the markets and industrial areas in both the cities will be allowed weekly off on rotational basis. While factories will have different hours of operation and shopping malls will not be opened before 12 pm. Also, the schools timings will be different in different areas. Traffic volume reduction measures suggested by various departments and residents should be incorporated into the action plan and implemented effectively from January 1, the district magistrate said. The idea has been framed to reduce vehicular congestion on road. The administration has also decided to ban diesel taxis in the city.
