New Delhi, January 08, 2016: AAP government has told Delhi High Court that the odd-even plan may extend beyond January 15.Arguing that 15 days is not enough to know the effect of the odd-even traffic rule, the Delhi government said. The government has claimed that the pollution level in Delhi has showed a consistent decline during the peak hours due to the implementation of the odd-even vehicles scheme.
