Movie Review: Jackpot
Cast: Sunny Leone, Sachin Joshi and Naseeruddin Shah
Director: Kaizad Gustad.
The story of this movie whirls throughout a famous boat casino, known as Jackpot, which is unbolted 24×7. A group of non-professional youngsters enter the casino with a perfect master plan to play a con game. Their plan was working out, until Maya, played by Sunny Leone, and Francis, played by Sachin Joshi, come into the sight with a weapon.
Maya and Sachin change the whole master plan. In very short time the amateur youths understand that Maya and Sachin were trying to con have played a reverse con back on the amateurs youngsters. Although the casino manager, played by Naseeruddin Shah, is having the knowledge of the game, he can’t do any action as Maya’s sexual attractive factor has caught him.
As a result of this con game, friends become enemies and starts doubting enemies as well as friends. Amidst all this, a romantic relation between Maya and Francis gives a various color to the storyline.
There is nothing affecting or contemporary in this movie be it Kaizad Gustad’s direction or Sunny Leone’s sexual role. Sunny Leone can do anything apart from acting. Her sensual scene with Sachin Joshi is thoroughly very hot but when it comes to acting her graph falls flat. This seems to be attempting to achieve a goal of serving old wine in new bottle.
