Idea introduces Android smartphone Aurus 4 @ Rs 8,999
New Delhi, 6th December 2013:
An Indian mobile network operator, Idea Cellular, introduced its new product, named the Aurus 4, in the Indian markets. This 3G Smartphone is a dual-sim product. The cost of the smartphone would be Rs 8,999.
The features of Idea Aurus 4 are 11.4 cms (4.5”) TFT display with 16 m colors. It works on Android Jelly Bean (4.2) and is equipped by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor. It also consist of a 5MP primary camera beside with 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has the facility of video calling.
The smartphone covers in 1800 mAh battery. Idea company also offers long hours of talk and idle time. The Aurus 4 contains 4GB of inbuilt storage. It can able to expand up to 32GB via microSD card and 512MB of RAM.
According to Chief Marketing Officer of Idea Cellular Mr. Sashi Shankar, the young and sharpness youth of India has a huge desire for content on mobile, but is discouraged due to highly retailed smartphones in India. Idea is planning to bridge this hole by offering 3G smartphones covered with high-end features in price.
